Dennis "Kit" Hathaway - 04/29/2003 Dennis "Kit" Hathaway - 04/29/2003 DENNIS "KIT" HATHAWAY IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Dennis Lowell “Kit” Hathaway, 55, of Idaho Falls, died April 26, 2003, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center of heart failure. He was born January 11, 1948, in Ashton, Idaho, to Lowell Ernest Hathaway and Bonnie Elizabeth Howard Hathaway. He grew up in Chester and attended schools in St. Anthony. He joined the U. S. Air Force in 1965. He later went on to graduate from the University of North Dakota at Grand Forks. On July 23, 1966, he married Carol Ann Arntz in Grand Forks, North Dakota. They returned to Idaho Falls in 1978, to make their home and raise their two daughters. He retired earlier this year from the City of Idaho Falls Street Department after 25 years of service. He was devoted to his family and friends and spent his life pursuing his passion for hunting. Dennis will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Funeral Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, May 2, 2003, at the Wood Chapel in the Pines, 273 North Ridge Avenue. The family will visit with friends Friday for one hour prior to the services at Wood Funeral Home, 273 N. Ridge. Burial will be in Wilford Cemetery under the direction of Wood Funeral Home.
