DeLON T. SPENCER IDAHO FALLS, ID -- DeLon T. Spencer, 42, of Idaho Falls, passed away November 10, 2006, at his home from cancer. He was under the care of Hospice Alliance. He was born May 16, 1964, in Idaho Falls, to Tully Dean and Deanna Beth Beasley Spencer. He attended kindergarten in Wyoming, Elementary schools in Firth and Shelley and Jr. High and High School in Shelley. He married Terri Lynn Mallard January 21, 1982, and they were later divorced. He worked as a mechanic, a well-driller, a heavy equipment operator and a truck driver. He was baptized into The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He loved spending time with his grandchildren, Kennedy and Brooklyn, and very much enjoyed his mechanic work, putting together model airplanes, cars and trucks, and also flying airplanes. Survivors include: Daughter: Amber Lyn Spencer Phipps, Daughter: Dallas Breeanne Stephenson, Daughter: Angel D. Spencer, all of Idaho Falls, ID Mother: Deanna McInelly, Ogden, UT Brother: Roger Shelly, Watkins, CO Brother: Leslie Argyle, Idaho Falls, ID Brother: Philip Shelly, WA Sister: Trena Argyle Bird, Tremonton, UT 2 Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Dale M. Argyle, two brothers, Jeffrey Tracey and Tony McInelly, and his grandmother, Hilda B. Cates. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 18, 2006, at the Idaho Falls LDS Lincoln 1st Ward, 3700 East Lincoln Road, with Bishop Christopher Brown officiating. The family will visit with friends Friday from 7 to 8:30 p.m., at Wood East Side, 963 S. Ammon, and Saturday for one hour before services at the church.
