Deidra Marie Daw, 46, of Idaho Falls, passed away August 7, 2017, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.
Deidra was born September 2, 1970, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Dennis Alan Daw and Dona Marlene Nash Daw. She grew up and attended schools in the area and graduated from Skyline High School. She also attended Pierce College in Washington.
She married William Patrick Magrini in Idaho Falls. They were later divorced. At the time of her death, she was engaged to be married to Brad Rotz, the love of her life for the past 14 years.
Deidra was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She enjoyed camping, traveling, modeling and sports including swimming, fishing, and riding motorcycles. She had two precious dogs, Diamond and Cinnamon, who were like children to her.
Deidra loved little children and was called the "Pied Piper". She remembered the old folks in the neighborhood and the children, bringing them gifts as a surprise or helping someone out. She was a patient, loving caregiver, extremely nurturing, and had a pioneering spirit. She always took time to appreciate the little things in life, like stopping to smell the roses or look at a beautiful sunset or sunrise.
Despite her struggle with sickness, she maintained a spirit of cheerfulness and sweetness with a pretty smile and song for everyone. No matter her discomfort, she shared her precious smile with her doctor, technicians and all who stopped by. Deidra would say, "God bless you and keep you safe always".
Deidra is survived by mother, Dona Nash Daw of Idaho Falls, ID; father, Dennis (Judy) Daw; sister, Deena Daw (Robin) Sanders of Erie, CO and her children Kirsten (son Xaydian), Jaden, and Sadee; brother, Jon Nicolas Daw of Boise, ID and his children Tori, Sativa, Cassandra, Kaitlyn, Britlee, and Randy; brother, Josh Earl Daw of Idaho Falls, ID; brother, Jared Alan (Kim) Daw of Rigby, ID and his children Stetson, Mason, Harley, Lundyn, and Addilyn; sister, Ashley Loree White of Iona, ID and her child Maximus; and sister, Kali Mann of Idaho Falls, ID and her children Jarin and Lane. She was preceded in death by an infant son and an infant daughter.
