DEBRA "DEBI" WILLIAMS
IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Debra Kay “Debi” Williams, 51, of Idaho Falls, died December 13, 2006, at her home. She was under the care of Hospice of Eastern Idaho.
She was born August 30, 1955, at Idaho Falls to Ralph L. Williams and Roberta "Bobbie" P. Bright Williams. She grew up and attended schools in the area, graduating from Bonneville High School. She then attended Ricks College.
On December 31, 1982, she married Jim Stringer in Kennewick, Washington. They were later divorced. She lived in Kennewick, Washington, for 24 years before moving back to Idaho Falls two years ago. She was a dog groomer and owned her own business for many years. Prior to her death, she worked at Pet Smart. She also was an artist and wrote poetry.
She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She taught craft and hobby classes in the Relief Society organization. She enjoyed quilting, oil and watercolor painting, needlepoint, and reading. She loved animals and had a gift for communicating with them.

Sister: Kimberly (Arron) Lee, Idaho Falls
Sister: Robyn (Nick) Monroe, Idaho Falls
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday, December 15, 2006, at Wood Funeral Home, 273 N. Ridge . The family will visit with friends for one hour prior to the services. Burial will be in Fielding Memorial Park.
