Debra Mcgrath

Debra Rae McGrath, 63, of Idaho Falls, passed away June 20, 2016, at her home.

She was born April 17, 1953, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Raymond Walfred Pearson and Helen Petty Pearson. She grew up and attended schools in the area and graduated from Skyline High School.

She married Mark Ward McGrath in Idaho Falls, Idaho. To this union were born two children, Jessica and Mary. Deb and Mark were later divorced. She was a devoted mother and homemaker and also worked as a bartender.

She enjoyed fishing, endless days at Pearson’s Perch on Henry’s Lake, and floating the river. She also enjoyed playing golf, traveling with her family, and spending time with friends.

Debra is survived by two daughters, Jessica McGrath of Bakersfield, CA, and Mary McGrath (Fred Gagliardini); brother, Glade (JoAnn) Pearson; nephew, Benjamin (Laura) Pearson and their son Michael; and nieces, Lynae (Ryan) McGill and their children Jocie and Gavin, and Jen (Greg) McCoy and their daughters Riley and Harper.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Memorial services will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, June 25, 2016, at The Elk’s Lodge (640 East Elva) in Idaho Falls.
