DEBRA RAE GARNER IDAHO FALLS, ID - Debra Rae Garner, 52, of Idaho Falls, died November 22, 2003, at her home, following a long lingering illness. She was born August 2, 1951 in Cheyenne, Wyoming to Ray Torneten and Joyce Renee Dabel Torneten. Her father died in 1954. Her mother later married Gerald Russell, who raised her as his own. She married Bill Garner in 1970. They had 2 children; a son, Jesse and a daughter, Amanda. They were later divorced. She was a loving mother and grandmother as well as a talented beautician with a faithful clientele that included everyone in her family. She enjoyed crocheting, watching movies and reality TV, and loved camping, fishing and the outdoors. Surviving are: Son: Jesse Garner, Ohio Daughter: Amanda Bryson, Idaho Falls, ID Sister: Marrianna (Chuck) Marshall, Idaho Falls, ID Brother: Dennis Russell, Idaho Falls, ID Brother: Brent (Diane) Russell, Idaho Falls, ID Brother: Jeremie (Lisa) Russell, Idaho Falls, ID Stepfather: Gerald Russell, Idaho Falls, ID 1 Granddaughter. She was preceded in death by her father, Ray Torneten and her mother, Joyce Russell Graveside Services will be at 2:00 p.m Wednesday, November 26, 2003, at Fielding Memorial Park. The family will meet with friends for one hour prior to the services at Wood Funeral Home (273 N. Ridge) in Idaho Falls.
