Dean Seedall - 08/23/2002 Dean Seedall - 08/23/2002 DEAN SEEDALL SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH -- Robert Dean Seedall, 83, of Salt Lake City, Utah, died August 22, 2002, at the University Hospital in Salt Lake City. He was born July 4, 1919 in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Albert Seedall and Itha Manning Newman Seedall. He attended Ucon public schools, graduated from Idaho Falls High School and attended LDS Business College for two years. He served as a Sergeant in the Army Air Corp during World War II. He married Lillian Adamson September 4, 1940, in the Salt Lake City LDS Temple. They made their home in Idaho Falls, where he owned Dean's Coin Operated Music, The Main Cafe in Rigby, The Den arcade and soda fountain on Broadway, and then Dean's Antiques on Broadway for 35 years. In 1991 they moved to Utah and have wintered in Nevada and Arizona. His wife preceded him in death February 11, 1998. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He also belonged to the Elks Lodge and the Moose Lodge. He enjoyed collecting and appraising gold and silver coins and fishing. The family expresses their deep appreciation to the staff at St. Joseph’s Villa in Salt Lake City for their exceptional love and care of Dean. Surviving are:Son: Michael [Candace] Seedall, Salt Lake City, UTSon: Steven [Marlene] Seedall, Salt Lake City, UTDaughter: Julie [Bryce] Burns, Orem, UTDaughter: Judith [Michael] Wilson, Salem, UTSister: Margene (Lyle) Schofield, Lancaster, CABrother: Jerry (Margarite) Seedall, Rupert, IDSister: Renee (LaVern) Jackson, Logan, UT12 GrandchildrenHe was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, two brothers, Donald and Junior, and a grandson, Jaren Burns. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m Monday, August 26, 2002, at Wood Chapel of the Pines, 273 North Ridge Avenue, with his son, Bishop Michael Seedall officiating. The family will visit with friends for one hour prior to services on Monday at Wood Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Ammon Cemetery.
