DAVID MURDOCK
IDAHO FALLS, ID -- David A. Murdock, 66, of Idaho Falls,
passed away June 4, 2005, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.
He was born June 18, 1938, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Dallas
Murdock and Zelda Vernessa Young Murdock. He grew up and attended schools
in Idaho Falls. He also attended Delta College in Stockton, California. He
served in the U. S. Navy.
He married Sandra Anne Drummond and they had two children,
Craig and Tina, and were later divorced. He married Jannice Arp and they had
two children, Phillip and Justin, and raised her daughter, Michelle. They
were later divorced. He worked as a cement mason in construction until he
was disabled in 1993.
He was member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day
Saints. He was also a member of the Elks Lodge and was Elk of the Year in
1984-85. He enjoyed lapidary work, hunting and fishing.

Son: Phillip Murdock of Beaver, UT
Son: Justin Murdock of Idaho Falls, ID
Sister: Dianna (Sam) Minorini of Monterey, CA
7 Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren
He was preceded in death by a brother, Teddy Murdock and a sister, Dixie Bolter.
Funeral Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, June 9,
2005, at Wood Funeral Home, 273 N. Ridge, with Bishop Brian Seedall of the
Idaho Falls LDS Lincoln 3rd Ward officiating. The family will visit with friends
for one hour prior to the services at Wood Funeral Home.
Burial will be in the Shelley-Hillcrest Cemetery under the
direction of Wood Funeral Home.
