David Howard

David Allen Howard, 64, of Idaho Falls, passed away November 19, 2010 at his home. He was born June 1, 1946 in Idaho Falls, Idaho to Luther Marlin Howard and Anna Laura Thompson. He attended schools in Idaho Falls. He joined the Marines in 1964 and served during the Vietnam War he was discharged in 1970. He married Angelina P. Gilharry on May 22, 2009 in Idaho Falls, Idaho. David enjoyed fishing, camping, traveling and he especially loved the beach in California. David is survived by his wife, Angelina of Idaho Falls; Brother, Thomas Wayne Howard of Idaho Falls; Brother, Gary Eugene (Kim) Prince of North Platt, Nebraska; Sister, Willa (Nile) Lees of Idaho Falls; Numerous nieces and nephews He was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Mary Ellen Johnson, 1 niece and 3 nephews. Private family services were held. Veterans rites were provided by the Bonneville County Veterans Memorial Team and the Idaho Honor Guard. The family requests donations to the David Allen Howard Foundation at any branch of Wells Fargo bank to assist with funeral expenses. Arrangements are under the direction of Wood Funeral Home, 273 N.
