David "Dave" Gibson

David Huse Gibson, 59, of Idaho Falls, passed away on May 6, 2012, at his home. He was born May 9, 1952, in Whittier, California to George Gibson and Aleene Neely Gibson. He grew up and attended schools in the area, graduating from Skyline High School. He continued his education by attending Idaho State University where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. After college, he worked in various positions in Colorado and enjoyed teaching others to ski. In 1988, Dave moved to Orlando, Florida and lived there until 2002. He was self-employed as a bookkeeper. Dave enjoyed history, hiking and especially loved snow skiing. Survivors are: Son: Chris Gibson, Boise, ID Brother: George (Kathy) Gibson, Sun Valley, ID He was preceded in death by his parents. A gathering will be held from 7:00 until 8:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 12, 2012, at Wood Funeral Home (273 N.
