David Steven Dickson

David Steven Dickson, 73, of Ammon, passed away June 9, 2021, at his home.

David was born November 8, 1947, in Rexburg, Idaho, to Calvin Dick and Viola Hanks Dick. David grew up and attended schools in Rexburg and Blackfoot and graduated from Blackfoot High School. He went on to attend Utah State University where he earned his Masters Degree in Tech Writing.

On August 3, 2003,  married Kayleen Larsen in Idaho Falls, Idaho. David and Kay made their home in Ammon, Idaho, where David sold insurance for several companies in eastern Idaho.

David is survived by loving wife, Kay Larsen-Dickson of Ammon, ID; daughter, Heather Ottley; son, Sean Dickson; daughter, Farahlyn (Mike) Hansen; son, Brian Dickson; daughter, Brandi (Duane) Nelson; brother, Roger Dick; 11 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

David was preceded in death by his parents, Calvin and Viola Hanks-Dicks; and brother, Gerald Dick.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
