David Douglas Call, passed away June 24, 2017, at his home.
David was born September 8, 1964, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Lynda Clifford and Douglas Call. He attended Bonneville Junior High School and Bonneville High School.
David worked at Idaho Supreme, Idaho Fresh Pak and in the potato industry for ten years. He then went on to be a deli worker at Alberstons for a few years, prior to his employment at Burger King. David was then diagnosed with a debilitating illness, schizophrenia, to which he fought a hard fight.
He enjoyed reading, riding his bike, philosophy, music, animals, working on cars and conversation. Above all, David enjoyed spending time with his family and he loved his mom and dad very much.
Upon his death he is survived by his father, Douglas (Carine) Call of Idaho Falls, ID; mother, Lynda Clifford of Idaho Falls, ID; step-brother, Marcel Bornsheuer of Idaho Falls, ID; sister, Angela (Jerry) Skillings of Idaho Falls, ID; sister, Lisa (Nick) Poliski of Idaho Falls, Idaho; niece, Savahnna (Travis) Palmer of Idaho Falls, ID; and 3 great nieces and one great nephew.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents; Delbert and Estella Call and Larry and Gwen Clifford.
Funeral services will held at 11 a.m. Thursday, July 6, 2017, at Wood Funeral Home, 273 N. Ridge Avenue. The family will visit with friends Thursday from 10-10:45 a.m. prior. Burial will be in Annis-Little Butte Cemetery.
