DARLA BARNHARD
IRWIN, ID -- Darla Rea Barnhard, 55, passed away August 8, 2009, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center, surrounded by her loving family.
She was born June 29, 1954, in Pocatello, Idaho, to Desmond R. Perkins and Loa Mae Kelly Perkins. She graduated from Pocatello High School and later earned as Associate Degree.
She married Richard Barnhard January 25, 1992, in Evanston, Wyoming. She was a homemaker and mother and also worked as a truck driver.
She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She enjoyed crafts and crocheting.
She is survived by her husband, Richard Barnhard, stepfather, Duane Frazier, three children, John J. (Toye) Cawley, Desmond Rea (Mandie) Cawley, Lloyd M. Cawley, two stepchildren, David (Sherri) Barnhard and Dawniel (Lee) Hames, four sisters, two brothers and ten grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, Desmond Perkins, her mother, Loa Perkins Frazier, her grandparents, Lucille and Herman Perkins, and Thema and Ralph Kelly.
Memorial Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, August 15, 2009, at Mt. McCaleb Cemetery in Mackay, Idaho, with Dino Pasqua Officiating.

Although I didn't know Darla, I do know Monte. Darla sounded like a wonderful woman who blessed many people's lives. My family would like to offer our condolences on Darla's passing. May God be with you and comfort you during this tough time. God bless you all.
