Daniel Edwin Lunn

Daniel Edwin Lunn, 71, of Rigby, passed away December 20, 2025, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. He was under the care of his loving family and Aspen Home Health & Hospice.

Dan was born December 13, 1954, in Rantoul, Illinois, to Ronald Edwin Lunn and Lavonna Ruth Thorson Lunn. He grew up and attended schools in Iowa and moved to Colorado in 1970. He graduated from Arvada High School in 1973.

Dan made his home in Colorado where he raised his daughters, Keri and Megan. In 2017, he moved to Rigby, Idaho. He worked for Anadarko Petroleum Corporation.

He enjoyed camping, fishing, guns, flying, and motorcycles.

Dan is survived by his daughters, Keri (Sean) Lykins of Sommerset, KY and Megan VerHoeven of Milliken, CO; brothers, Dennis (Kim) Lunn of Firestone, CO and Garry (Gina) Lunn of Johnstown, CO; life partner, Jennifer Caine; and 4 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Private family services will be held at a later date.
