Dale Kirk Hepworth

Dale Kirk Hepworth, 64, of Rigby, passed away December 16, 2022, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.

Dale was born June 25, 1958, in Boise, Idaho, to Neil Hepworth and Olive Larsen Hepworth. He grew up and attended schools in Boise and Idaho Falls and graduated from Skyline High School.

On April 30, 1988, he married Christine Romrell in the Idaho Falls Idaho Temple. Dale and Christine made their home in Grant. Dale worked as a metal fabrication foreman for Andersen Manufacturing.

He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He loved the outdoors and was an avid kayaker as a young adult. He was a marksman and loved skiing. He was an accomplished welder and enjoyed razoring on the weekends.

Dale is survived by his loving wife, Christine Hepworth of Grant, ID; daughters, Alex (Scott) Sheer of Victor, ID, Randi (Ethan) Hansen of Firth, ID, and Sydney (Branson) Fonnesbeck of Ogden, UT;  brother, Neil Wayne (Michele) Hepworth of Blackfoot, ID; sister, Gloria (John) Folker of Saint George, UT; and sister, Deborah (Ed) Gulbransen of Idaho Falls, ID; and 2 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, December 30, 2022, at the Grant LDS Church, 3431 East 100 North, Rigby, Idaho. The family will visit with friends from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, December 29, 2022, and Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 10:50 a.m. prior to the service, both visitations will be at the church.
