Dale Harlin Clements, 71, of Idaho Falls, passed away January 1, 2026, at his home. He was under the care of Brio Home Health and Hospice.
Dale was born July 29, 1954, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Levi Newell Clements and Dorothy May Staggie Clements. He grew up and attended schools in Ammon, Idaho, and graduated from Bonneville High School in 1972. After graduation, Dale joined the United States Army in 1973.
On March 6, 1976, he married Debra Skaar in Idaho Falls. Dale and Debra made their home in Idaho Falls with their three sons, where Dale owned and operated DC Electric for 30 years.
He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and traveling the world. He also loved being a grandpa and spending time with his grandchildren.
Dale is survived by his wife, Debra Clements of Idaho Falls, ID; son, Trevor (May-An) Clements of Idaho Falls, ID; son, Steven (Frankie) Clements of Idaho Falls, ID; brother, Gary (Peggy) Clements of Rigby, ID; sister, Cheryl (Bob) Berry of Idaho Falls, ID; brother, Lorin (Trudy) Clements of Richland, WA; sister, Dorothy Porter of Ammon, ID; and 8 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Levi and Dorothy Clements; son, Ryan Clements; brothers, William Clements, Donald Clements, and Roland Clements; and his grandparents.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, January 10, 2026, at Wood Funeral Home East Side, 963 South Ammon Road. The family will visit with friends Friday from 6:30-8 p.m. and Saturday from 1-1:45 p.m. prior to services. Both visitations will be at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Fielding Memorial Park Cemetery. Military Honors will be performed by the Bonneville County Veterans Memorial Team and Idaho Honor Guard.
