DAISY SANDERSON
IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Daisy Sanderson, 91, of Idaho Falls,
Idaho died October 27, 2004, at the Idaho Falls Health & Rehabilitation
Center.
She was born October 20, 1913, in Ammon, Idaho, to Arnold
Oscar Harris and Mary Margaret Fowler Harris. She attended schools in
the area and graduated from Ucon High School.
She married Wendell Carrier Sanderson November 21, 1936,
in Dillon, Montana. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Idaho Falls
LDS Temple. She worked at Challenge Creamery before she was married, at
which time she became a full time mother and homemaker. When her husband
opened American Plumbing she worked as the bookkeeper for many years.
Wendell died February 28, 1983.
She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter
Day saints and served in Primary, Young Women, Relief Society. She served
a mission with her husband to Mississippi from 1977-1979. She was the
PTA President and helped start the school lunch program at Eagle Rock
Elementary School. She volunteered as a Pink Lady at the LDS Hospital.
She enjoyed camping, RVing, gardening, needlework and had a great love
for books and reading.

Brother: Billy Harris, Idaho Falls, ID
Sister: Loeda (Al) Anselmo, Idaho Falls, ID
Sister-In-Law: Della Harris, Idaho Falls, ID
9 Grandchildren & 21 Great Grandchildren
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, two sisters, Areva
Packer and Zonda Miskin, a brother, Arnold Harris, her son, Douglas, and
a son-in-law, Don L. Cazier.
Funeral Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October
30, 2004, at the Idaho Falls LDS Rose Park Ward, 351 West 14th Street.
The family will visit with friends for one hour prior to the services
at the church.
Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery under the direction
of Wood Funeral Home.
