Dahl S. Green - 11/14/2002 Dahl S. Green - 11/14/2002 DAHL S. GREEN IONA, ID -- Dahl S. Green, 54, of Iona, died November 11, 2002 at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. He was born January 5, 1948, in Idaho Falls to Grady Garfield Green and Donna Brown Green. He attended Osgood Elementary, Eielson AFB (Air Force Base) in Fairbanks, Alaska, and Ammon Junior High School. He worked for his father in the service station business from 1965-1967. In 1967, he married Sherri Piscu in Idaho Falls. They were later divorced. In 1985, he married Terry Moffet in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was carpenter and construction worker from 1967 to 1990 when injuries on the job forced him to retire. He had lived in Phoenix, Arizona, from 1970-75 and in Las Vegas, Nevada from 1985-1990. While in Las Vegas, he completed his G.E.D. requirements. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He enjoyed woodworking (cabinetmaking), reading, and watching football games. He loved spending time with friends and family; he was a loving father and, in his later years, he tenderly cared for his widowed mother. Funeral Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, November 16, 2002, at Wood Funeral Home East Side, 963 South Ammon Road, with John Price officiating. The family will meet with friends for one hour prior to the services at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Iona Cemetery under the direction of Wood Funeral Home. So sorry about Dahl's passing.
