Cynthia Lin Byram Ballard, 55, of Rigby, Idaho, passed away December 10, 2013, at Good Samaritan Society, Idaho Falls Village. She was under the care of Hospice of Eastern Idaho.
Cyndi was born August 17, 1958, in Fayetteville, North Carolina, to Kenneth Byram and Naomi Green Byram. She grew up in Germany, Mississippi, and Idaho Falls, where she attended Bonneville High School.
On August 1, 1981, she married Norman Blake Ballard in Idaho Falls. They made their home in Shelley, Idaho, for ten years, then lived in Idaho Falls for two years before moving to the Grant area near Rigby 19 years ago. Cyndi was a bus driver for School District #251.
Cyndi enjoyed bowling, scrapbooking, jeeping, family and friends, and being a grandma.

Brother, Roger Byram of Anderson, AL.
7 grandchildren
She was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Byram.
Memorial Services will be held at a later date. Burial will be in the Annis-Little Butte Cemetery.
