CURTIS KNOWLES IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Curtis Reed Knowles, 41, of Idaho Falls passed away May 16, 2010, at his home. Curtis was born April 25, 1969, in Portland, Oregon, to Thomas Ward Cowley and Judy Ballard Eck. He grew up in the Driggs area and attended schools there.
