Craig Richard Moser

Craig Richard Moser, 70, of Rigby, passed away unexpectedly on May 19, 2025, at his home.

Craig was born December 2, 1954, in Blackfoot, Idaho, to Charles Richard Moser and Guelda Dawn Summers Moser. He grew up and attended schools in Blackfoot and graduated from Blackfoot High School.

In 1975, he married Sandra Wride in Aberdeen, Idaho. They had six children and divorced in 2001. He met Virginia Alexander in 2009. They made their home in Rigby, Idaho, where Craig worked as a Rigger Operator for the Naval Reactor Facility (NRF) for over 34 ½ years.

He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He was an airplane pilot and enjoyed scuba diving and skydiving. He loved the outdoors, fishing, boating, 4-wheeling, motorcycling, riding his side by side, playing pool, and spending time with his family and friends.

Craig is survived by his wife, Virginia Alexander of Rigby; son, Kendell (Kacia) Moser of Idaho Falls; son, Kurtis (Megan) Moser of Idaho Falls; daughter, Kreslie (Ben) Houston of Shelley, ID; son, Kash Moser of Idaho Falls; daughter, Krachele Moser of Idaho Falls; son, William (Krista) Alexander of Menan, ID; sister, Peggy (Bob) Briggs of Cheney, WA; brother, Steven (Earlene) Pixton of Apache Junction, AZ; brother, Bill (Debbie) Pixton of Phoenix, AZ; sister, Caryn (Bill) Hocking of Blackfoot, ID; brother, Randy (Tracy) Moser of Blackfoot, ID; 16 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Kelsey Craig Moser; and grandson, Kayden Moser.

A Gathering for friends and family will be held from 1-3 p.m. Saturday, May 24, 2025, at Wood Funeral Home East Side, 963 S. Ammon Road. A celebration of life will follow at the Eagles Lodge, 635 Hemmert Ave, Idaho Falls.
