Connie Adele Borrowman Nebeker, 47, of Idaho Falls, passed away November 26, 2014, at Portneuf Regional Medical Center in Pocatello of heart failure.
Connie was born January 27, 1967, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Steven Borrowman and Noreen Ward Borrowman. She grew up and attended schools in Idaho Falls and graduated from Idaho Falls High School in 1985.
Connie had four children, Elden, Sadie, Virginia, and Jonathon. She made her home in Idaho Falls, Idaho, where Connie worked as a CNA, and at the INL site Cafeteria, she owned her own in home daycare in Rigby, and most recently was a teller for Westmark Credit Union.
She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Connie served an LDS mission in Philadelphia. She enjoyed working with children. Connie was a “people person.” She was the person who could walk into a room and instantly make everyone feel like they were the most important person in her life.

fiance, Bill Cornwall of Inkom, ID;
son, Elden Nebeker of Idaho Falls, ID;
daughter, Sadie (Tristen) Guse of Kamiah, ID;
daughter, Virginia Nebeker of Idaho Falls, ID;
son, Jonathon Nebeker of Idaho Falls, ID;
brother, Bryan Borrowman of Tremonton, UT;
sister, Lynette (Gary) Godfrey of Shelley, ID;
sister, Stephenie (Ammon) West of Idaho Falls, ID;
sister, Darcy Nelson of Idaho Falls, ID;
and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Steven Borrowman, her grandparents, Eldon & Evelyn Ward and Carl & Wilba Borrowman, and a nephew, Alec Borrowman.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, December 1, 2014, at Wood Funeral Home, 273 North Ridge Avenue, with Bishop David Gemar officiating. The family will visit with friends from 6:30-8:00 p.m. Sunday and from 10:00-10:45 a.m. Monday, both at Wood Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Grant-Central Cemetery.
