CLYDE M. BURROWS
IDAHO FALLS, ID - Clyde Merle Burrows, 80, of Idaho
Falls, died April 1, 2004, at his home.
He was born August 12, 1923, in Rigby, Idaho, to Stephen
Lewis Burrows and Ada May Fairweather Burrows. He attended Emerson Elementary,
O.E. Bell Jr. High School and Idaho Falls High School.
He was drafted into the U. S. Army in 1942, following
High School. He served in Italy with the 10th Mountain Division at Po
Valley and Riva Ridge. He earned the American Theater of Operations Service
Ribbon, the Euro-African Middle East Service Ribbon, and a Good Conduct
and Victory Medal, being honorably discharged in 1945.
He married Eunice Johnson October 26, 1946. He managed
the Ogden Union Stockyards in Idaho Falls for 20 years, then worked as
a Deputy Brand Inspector for 21 years from which he retired in 1991.
He enjoyed his family, his work, rodeos, hunting and
fishing in the Birch Creek and Leadore areas, horses, and especially his
grandchildren, Kelly Burrows, Lauren & Leah Rademacher, and Marie
Freeman.

Sister: Velma Allen, Idaho Falls
Sister: Lorraine Good, Byron, WY
4 Grandchildren, 2 Great Grandchildren
He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister and four brothers.
At Clyde’s request, cremation will take place
and no services will be held.
