BROWN Click here to view Clint's Video Tribute IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Clinton Lionel Brown, 60, went peacefully to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on April 25, 2009, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Clinton was born September 8, 1948, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Lionel John Brown and Erma Katherine Jenkins Brown. He grew up in Idaho Falls and graduated from Idaho Falls High School in 1966. After graduation he enlisted in the U. S. Army and was stationed in South Korea, Germany and Greece as well as Kansas and Maryland. He proudly served in the Army until he was honorably discharged in 1987. Clinton enjoyed fishing, golf, and doing counted cross-stitch. Clinton married Kathy Hale and they later divorced. He married Denise White in 1984 and they had a son, Nathan Lionel Brown. They later divorced. Clinton was a member of St. John Lutheran Church. He was confident in the love of our Savior and found peace in the knowledge of God's promise of the life to come. Survivors include: Son: Nathan Brown of Idaho Falls Stepson, William Rudd Parents, Lionel and Erma Brown of Idaho Falls Sister, Linda (Jerry) Gilmore of Oregon City, OR Sister: DiAnn Brown of Idaho Falls Sister: Debra Hogg of Idaho Falls Brother: Rick (Debbie) Brown of Olathe, KS Clinton had two nephews, four nieces, and one granddaughter. This kind and generous man will be missed by all those who loved him. We rest in the knowledge that we will see him again in our heavenly home. Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, May 1, 2009, at Wood Funeral Home, 273 N. Ridge, with Pastor Jerry Reinke of St. John Lutheran Church officiating. The family will visit with friends for one hour prior to the services at Wood Funeral Home.
