Clifford High - 05/12/2003 Clifford High - 05/12/2003 CLIFFORD L. HIGH IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Clifford Leroy High, 43, of Idaho Falls, died May 11, 2003. He was born April 22, 1960, in Joliet, Illinois, to George Dale High and Donna May Howell High. The family moved to Arizona and then Idaho Falls where he attended Bonneville High School. On September 1, 2000, he married Irene Michele Dees at Idaho Falls. He worked as a mechanic. He enjoyed fishing, camping, and hunting and loved spending time with his nieces, family and friends.
