Cleon Lee Rhodehouse, 77, passed away November 1, 2011, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. He was born December 9, 1933, in Wilford, Idaho, to Albert Rhodehouse and Evelyn Stewart Rhodehouse. He attended schools and graduated from St. Anthony High School. Cleon joined the Army and served for two years in Germany. He married Norma Jones Murri October 14, 1960, in St. Anthony, Idaho. Cleon worked at Miller Brothers Produce, JR Simplot, Ready to Pour, and Monroc. He drove truck and was a heavy equipment operator. While working for Monroc he helped with the building of several bridges, the Grand Teton Mall sign and the Sandy Downs Stadium. Cleon enjoyed golfing, fishing, boating, hunting and camping, gardening and spending time working in his yard. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family and pulling pranks on the family and grandkids. He is survived by: His wife, Norma Ruth Daughter, Suzanne (Dean) Martonen of Firth, ID; Daughter, Lynette (William) Konefes of Ft. Gibson, OK; Daughter, Kara (Shane) England of Soldotna, AK; Daughter, Sandra (Carl) Nester of Shelley, ID; Daughter, Angela McCrosky of Idaho Falls, ID; Step-brother, Edwin Larson of St. Anthony, ID; Step-brother, Don Coy (Gayle) Larson of St. Anthony, ID; Step-sister, Vilda Bowen of Rexburg, ID; 16 Grandchildren and 15 Great-Grandchildren He was preceded in death by his mother and father, brother, Albert Gene Rhodehouse, and grandchildren Brendan McCrosky and Caitlin McCrosky Memorial Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 5, 2011 at Wood Funeral Home East Side, 963 S. Ammon Road, with Military Rites being performed by the Bonneville County Veterans Team. The family will visit with friends Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 1 to 1:45 p.m., both at Wood East Side.
