Claudia Elaine Walker

Claudia Elaine Walker, 71, of Idaho Falls, passed away August 18, 2024, at Lincoln Court Retirement Community. She was under the care of One Source Hospice. She was born February 27, 1953, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Claud Raymond Walker and Reva Elaine Quinton Walker. She grew up and attended schools in Idaho Falls and graduated from Bonneville High School. She also attended Ricks College and BYU, where she earned her associates degree. Claudia worked many years as a dedicated Certified Nurses Aide. Claudia was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She had many hobbies but she especially enjoyed reading and embroidery. Claudia is survived by her brother, Earl (Winona) Walker of Idaho Falls, ID, and sister, Vicky (Mark) Bellows of Rigby, ID. She was preceded in death by her parents, Claud and Reva Walker; sister-in-law, Chris Walker; nephew, Kirk Walker; and great niece, Skye Gonzales. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 27, 2024, at Wood Funeral Home, 273 N. Ridge Avenue. The family will visit with friends from 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. prior to the service. Burial will be in the Ammon Cemetery.
