Clarence H. Davis, 70, of Ammon, passed away April 17, 2025, at his home after a battle with liver/bile duct cancer. He was under the care of his loving family and Hospice of Eastern Idaho.
Clarence was born May 7, 1954, in Salmon, Idaho, to Stanley Miles Davis and Elizabeth Gertrude Stone. He grew up in Salmon and graduated from Salmon High School in 1972. He attended Idaho State University where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Science and Engineering in 1995.
On August 10, 1973, he married Vicky Jean Mund in Salmon, Idaho. Clarence and Vicky made their home in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Clarence worked as an Environmental Manager at HK Contractors for 22 years.
He enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, golfing, woodworking, and anything to do with his grandkids.
Clarence is survived by his wife, Vicky Davis of Ammon, ID; son, Clarence (Pam) Davis of Idaho Falls, ID; daughter, Laura (John) Billquist of Shelley, ID; son, Jacob Davis of Idaho Falls, ID; daughter, Jennifer (Travis) Vance of Ammon, ID; brothers, Willard (Liz) Davis, Stanley Bruce (Jylene) Davis, and Jay (Linda) Davis, all of Salmon, ID; and grandchildren, Paige, Tyler, Braxton, Harrison, Kaytlin, Gracie, Easton, Layla, and Kyson.
He was preceded in death by his father, Stanley M. Davis, and mother, Elizabeth G. Soderman.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at the Ammon Cemetery, 5226 E. Sunnyside Road. Prior to graveside services, the family will visit with friends from 1-1:45 p.m. at Wood Funeral Home East Side, 963 S. Ammon Road.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or American Diabetes Association .
