Cindy Shehane

Cynthia Marie Shehane, 55, of Idaho Falls, passed away August 11, 2019.

Cindy was born April 1, 1964, in Biloxi, Mississippi, to Lazaar H. Lofton and Betty Marie Garner.  She grew up and attended schools in Byram, MS.

On April 23, 2006, Cindy married Donnell “Don” Shehane in Vicksburg, MS, and was blessed to raise several children. Cindy and Donnell made their home in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Cindy also was a Christian, and in her spare time, she enjoyed skiing, bowling, and the beach. Most of all, she loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Cynthia is survived by her loving husband; daughters, Chasity (Michael) Baker of Vicksburg, MS, and Nicole Kelly Thompson of Chattanooga, TN; son, Steven Kelly of Chattanooga, TN;  step-daughter, Kelly Shehane of Vicksburg, MS; step-son, Kevin Shehane of Vicksburg, MS; sister, Betty Jean Richardson of Jackson, MS; and 10 beloved grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents.

There will be no services held in Idaho. Burial will be in Mississippi.
