Cindy Lee (Phelps) Adamson

Cindy Lee Adamson, 55, of Rigby, passed away September 27, 2021, at Idaho Falls Community Hospital.

Cindy was born August 29, 1966, in Rock Springs, Wyoming, to Gerald Phelps and Corlis Genetti Phelps. She grew up and attended schools in Colorado where she attended a private school. She was a cheerleader and volleyball player.

In 1986, she married Robert Garner and they were blessed with her daughter and son, they later divorced. In 1994, she married Bart Adamson and were blessed with another son, they were later divorced.

Cindy had the biggest heart and would do almost anything for anyone. She was a wonderful mother and loved her kids and grandchildren more than anything in this world. She was the best gift giver, as loyal as they come and the class clown! There was no one like her and she will be truly missed. She also loved her job, anyone lucky enough to have her as their therapist could tell you, she was the best around!

Cindy is survived by her loving children, Kacie (Justin) Christensen of Idaho Falls, ID, Taylor Adamson of Rigby, ID, and Justin (Ashleigh) Garner of Rigby, ID; mother, Corlis Phelps; sister, Teresa Brandin Phelps of CO; and five grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father, Gerald Phelps.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, October 1, 2021, at Wood Funeral Home East Side, 963 South Ammon Road. The family asks that attendees be by invitation only due to lack of space and COVID restrictions. The family will visit with friends from 10:00- 10:45 a.m. prior to the services. Burial will be in the Fielding Memorial Park Cemetery.
