DENE STUCKI
COLTMAN, ID -- Cheryl Dene Stucki, at the age of 48,
was called home to her Heavenly Father while surrounded by her loving
family and friends on August 19, 2004, at her home in Coltman.
Dene was born June 16, 1956, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to
S. E. and Bonnie Middleton Douglass. She has lived here all her life,
except when she attended Ricks College and later graduated from Utah State
University. Education is something she instills and encourages her children
to continue on with.
On July 25, 1980, she married her sweetheart and love
of her life, Gary Lynn Stucki, in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple. Being a
member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is an important
part of her life as well as her family. Dene's family is the great pride
and satisfaction of her life. Dene is a perfect example of a wife, mother,
sister, and friend to all those who know her. She taught her family and
kids to be strong in the faith, look to Heavenly Father for comfort and
guidance, to have a positive attitude, and live the way we are supposed
to.
She loves spending time with her family and friends,
just talking, joking, and playing many different games, including pinochle
- she is quite the card shark! She always helps anyone is need, even if
their beliefs are different than her own. She never lets anything get
in the way of friendship. She is a great listener and loves crocheting,
quilting, cooking, reading, camping, and having good, clean fun.
She will be greatly missed, but we know we will be with
her and our Heavenly Father again someday. She will always be in our hearts,
minds, and will always be there for us. We love you!!!
