Charlie "Billiy Lewis" Lewis

Charlie William Lewis Jr., 55, of Idaho Falls, passed away December 10, 2010 at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center from complications following a heart attack. Billy was born September 14, 1955 in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Charlie William Lewis and Dora Rosalene Johnson Lewis. He graduated from Idaho Falls High School and obtained an Associates degree in drafting from Eastern Idaho Technical College. He served in the U.S. Army. He married Trudy Dumont. They were later divorced. Billy enjoyed being in the outdoors, camping, fishing, and motorcycles. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren. Survivors include: Daughter: Mandy (Scott) MacKay, Idaho Falls, ID Step-daughter: Sirrena Boyd (Ryan Baxter), Las Vegas, NV Grandchildren: Cody, Kylee and Teagan Mother: Rosalene Lewis, Idaho Falls, ID Sister: Hazel Lu Paulson, Idaho Falls, ID Sister: Tami Fountain, KY He was preceded in death by his father, Bill Lewis; and brother, Steve Lewis.

Funeral Services

Wednesday December 15, 2010 , 11:00 a.m. at Wood Funeral Home East Side

The family will visit with friends on Tuesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and on Wednesday one hour prior to services, both visitations at the funeral home. Burial will be in Ammon Cemetery. Veterans rites will be performed by the Bonneville County Veterans Memorial Team and the Idaho Honor Guard.
