Charlie Gray - 05/30/2002 Charlie Gray - 05/30/2002 CHARLIE GRAY IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Archie Charles “Charlie” Gray, 49, of Idaho Falls, died May 27, 2002, at the University of Utah Hospital of a brain infection. He was born February 19, 1953, in Idaho Falls to Vern Gray and Phillis Montague Gray. He grew up in Idaho Falls and attended Central & O. E. Bell Junior High Schools and Idaho Falls and Skyline High Schools. He married Linda A. Hartwell July 26, 1980 in Idaho Falls. He has worked as an automobile mechanic since age 16, the past 15 years for Jerry's Machine. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, sports, NASCAR, and cars. He loved his family and friends and especially enjoyed his granddaughter, Bret Ashley McAlister.
