Charles "Chuck" Stoddard

Charles Jay "Chuck" Stoddard, 65, of Idaho Falls, passed away September 25, 2017, at his home.

Chuck was born October 7, 1951, in Casper, Wyoming to Jay Stoddard and Renee Stoddard. The family moved to the Idaho Falls/Ammon area and he attended Bonneville High School.

He married Vicki Louise Wilson. To this union were born four children: Charles Jr., Robert, Douglas, and Andrea. Chuck and Vicki made their home in Idaho Falls, where Chuck worked as a Hyster Mechanic for Arnold Machinery.

He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He loved riding, building, and repairing motorcycles. He was a great father, husband, brother, and friend.

Chuck is survived by his son, Charles Jay (Savannah) Stoddard, Jr. of Casper, WY; son, Robert Paul (Courtney) Stoddard of Idaho Falls, ID; son, Doug Stoddard of Idaho Falls, ID; brother, Terry (Bobbi) Stoddard of Star, ID; brother, Barry Stoddard of Stillwater, MN; sister, Laurie (Jim) Sturm of Idaho Falls, ID. and 3 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, and his daughter, Andrea Marie Stoddard.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, October 7, 2017, at Taylor Park in Shelley, Idaho.
