Chad Lamond Wise

Chad Lamond Wise, 52, of Rigby, passed away unexpectedly on June 27, 2022. Chad was born August 11, 1969, in Rexburg, Idaho, to Gene Lamond Wise and Marie Ann Wilde. He grew up and attended schools in Roberts and Idaho Falls. He married Yvette Kamka then later divorced. He married Shalisa Miller and later divorced.  Chad has three children, Chase Lamond Wise, Emma Grace Seward, and Carrissa Marie Wise October 19, 2011, he married the love of his life,  Cherl Ann Gurule in Tooele, Utah. Chad and Cherl made their home in Tooele, Utah, and then later in Idaho Falls, Idaho. He enjoyed camping, riding his Harley motorcycle, Jeeping, fast cars, BBQs with his family, and especially spending time with his grandchildren. Chad is survived by his wife, Cherl Wise of Tooele, UT; son, Chase Lamond Wise of Idaho Falls; daughters, Emma Grace Nelson and Carrissa Marie Wise, both of Idaho Falls; mother, Marie Ward of Roberts, ID; father and stepmother, Gene and Betty Wise of Rigby, ID; brother, Billy (Kelly) Wise of Roberts, ID; brother, Rocky (Andrea) Wise of Idaho Falls; sister, Vickie (Trent) Jenkins of Idaho Falls; sister, Dawna (Rocky) Armstrong of Shelley, ID; brother, Kevin (Ruth Ann) Ward of Rigby, ID; sister, Laurie (Mike) Holden of Idaho Falls; sister, Rhonda (Vance) Avery of Ririe, ID; grandparents, Avon (Cloy) Wilde of Roberts, ID; three granddaughters and five grandsons. He was preceded in death by his stepfather, Voyd Ward; sisters, Parva Ward and Lori Ann (David) Ostermiller; and grandparents, William and Edith Wise. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 2, 2022, at Wood Funeral Home East Side, 963 S. Ammon Road. The family will visit with friends from 1-1:45 p.m. prior to services.
