Cecilia Dee French, 43, of Idaho Falls, passed away peacefully in her sleep of natural causes on November 5, 2013.
She was born June 6, 1970, in Pocatello, Idaho to Rickie Chris Norgaard and Theda Bea Norgaard (Hildreth). Cec grew up and attended schools in Pocatello. She also attended various schools throughout the country where her father, Chief Petty Officer Rickie Norgaard, was stationed. She graduated from Pocatello High School where she enjoyed being a member of the Drill Team.
On August 17, 2002, she married Timothy D. French in Pocatello, Idaho. She was a devoted wife and mother. Cec was proud of her volunteer work with a Massachusetts Aquatic Environmental Project.
Cecilia was an active member of Trinity United Methodist Church. She enjoyed baking and cake decorating and was an avid reader. She loved crocheting, was an accomplished jewelry maker, and had a passion for singing karaoke.
Survivors include her husband, Tim French of Idaho Falls; children, Dylann Rose Rhys, Theodore Douglas French, and Morgan Lily French all of Idaho Falls; father, Rickie (Angelyn) Norgaard of Pocatello; mother, Theda (Spence) Hildreth of Pocatello; brothers, Aaron Hildreth and Aiden Rausch-Norgaard, both of Pocatello; sisters, Dawn Jackson of Texas, Shannah Rausch of Pocatello, and Kassidie Rausch of Pocatello; parents-in-law, Doug and Betty French of Idaho Falls; sisters-in-law: Bev Dixon of Idaho Falls and Janet French of Utah; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 12, 2013, at Trinity United Methodist Church (237 N. Water) with Reverend Brenda Sene officiating. The family will visit with friends for one hour prior to the services at the church.
