My mother Esther did her hair and helped Carren as much as she could. Mother loved Carren and Carren loved her. Carren had many talents and I believe she challenged us to live and treat others as Christ would want us to. I am so happy for her that she can now be with her family and her Heavenly Father. I have had back surgery or I would have come. Carmen, may the Lord bless and keep you. Sincerely, Barbara Wiese Poole Doug Stoddard dougstoddard@cableone.net I have had many wonderful times visiting with Carren over the past four or five years at the nursing home in Blackfoot. We have spent many hours reading together, coloring, talking, and singing to her and others. We had some very special times especially after she had her stroke and she could not communicate. She would hold my hand close to her cheek and together we would shed a few tears. I loved her needle work and always marveled at the beauty of her creations. We were with her and a few others on the 21st of June as we sang for them with my wife and son. I am so happy that Carren is in a much better place where she will feel the love of many. I look forward to the day when I get to meet her again and feel the joy seeing each other again. We truly have a very soft spot in our hearts for her. If there happened to a piece of needle work that she left behind I would love to have it. My number is 709-5561.
