PATSY FOWLER
IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Carolyn Patsy Fowler, 43, of Idaho
Falls, died August 1, 2004, at her home of a brain tumor. She was under
the care of Hospice of Eastern Idaho.
She was born April 30, 1961, in Iona, to Vernon Fowler
and June May Hill Fowler. She grew up in the Iona area and attended the
School for the Deaf & Blind at Gooding. She attended the Adventure
Center and the Joshua Smith Foundation day programs, and also worked at
the Development Workshop. She lived in Ucon at the Butler Shelter Home
for ten years before moving to Idaho Falls four years ago.
She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day
Saints. She enjoyed crafts and collecting dolls and jewelry. Friends from
Development Workshop had raised funds so that Patsy could fulfill her
lifelong wish to see the ocean and ride in a boat, which she was able
to do just two weeks ago.

Caregivers: Sandi (David) Herrin, Idaho Falls, ID
She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers,
Darwin Rainey and DeWayne Rainey.
Funeral Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, August
5, 2004, at the Idaho Falls LDS Lincoln 3rd Ward, 2545 Mesa, with Bishop
Herb Wallace officiating. The family will visit with friends for one hour
prior to the services at the church.
Burial will be in Annis-Little Butte Cemetery under the
direction of Wood Funeral Home East Side.
