Carole Lee Morrow, 85, passed away at her home in Ammon on August 4, 2023. She was under the care of her loving family and Alliance Hospice.
Carole was born November 10, 1937, in Idaho Falls to Elden Phineas and Millecent Porter Lee. She attended school in Ammon and graduated from Bonneville High School. She attended BYU in Provo, Utah, where she was a member of the marching band.
On May 23, 1958, she married Floyd Duane Morrow in the Idaho Falls Temple for time and all eternity. Carole loved her Savior and was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She held many callings and enjoyed serving in the Idaho Falls Temple. Carole was a very accomplished seamstress. She sewed a lot of her own clothing and did several alterations for family and friends. She drove school bus for Bonneville School District #93 for over 30 years. She drove kids on many field trips, sporting events, and ski club. However, transporting the special needs kids was her favorite. She was very talented musically. She played the piano, organ, and enjoyed singing. Carole was a wonderful cook. Rolls, cookies, and delicious meats were just some of her specialties. She was also a devoted Utah Jazz fan!
Carole is survived by her five children, Lee (Michelle) Morrow of Twin Falls, Morgan (Vicki) Morrow of Idaho Falls, Marie Millsap of Prescott Valley, AZ, Scott (Shellie) Morrow of Idaho Falls, and David (Rita) Morrow of Idaho Falls; siblings, Lynda (Harmon, deceased) Tobler of Riverton UT, Margaret (Glen) Hanson of Salt Lake City, UT, and Brent (Carol) Lee of Nampa, ID; and a brother-in-law, Alvie Christensen of Rigby, ID. She has 22 grandchildren and 31 great grandchildren....and one on the way.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Floyd; her sister, Gloria Christensen; two grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.
The family would like to thank Lauren Southwick, Jake and Katrina Morrow, and Shelby, her hospice nurse, for their kind and compassionate care of Carole.
