Carol "Sue" Plude

SUE PLUDE IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Carol Susan "Sue" Gordon Plude, 57, of Idaho Falls, passed away June 20, 2009 at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. She was born February 19, 1952, in Kooskia, Idaho, to Robert Gordon and Barbra Hyne Gordon. On July 5, 2001, she married Richard Plude in Idaho Falls. She was a mother and a homemaker. She worked for the FBI in Washington D.C. after she graduated from high school. She was employed at First Security Bank for many years as a supervisor. Susan was involved in Toastmasters and was a member of the Presbyterian Church. She loved gardening and spending time with her family. Survivors include: Husband: Dick Plude, Idaho Falls, ID Son: Brian (Shannon)Balter, Charlotte, SC Son: Adam (Ali) Balter, Blackfoot, ID Brother: Robert Gordon, Lewiston, ID Sister: Mary (Gary) Craft, Blackfoot, ID Sister: Judy Gordon, Lewiston, ID 3 Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents. Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 23, 2009, at the First Presbyterian Church, 325 Elm Street, with Reverend Dr. Dennis Falasco officiating. The family will visit with friends Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Wood Funeral Home, 273 North Ridge Avenue. Burial will be in Fielding Memorial Park under the direction of Wood Funeral Home.
