RAELYNN JOHNSON IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Carol Raelynn Brooks Johnson, 53, of Idaho Falls, passed away August 27, 2006, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center due to complications of Multiple Sclerosis. She was born November 4, 1952, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to William B. Brooks and Vica Mae Fellows Brooks. She grew up in Salt Lake City and attended Monroe Elementary, West Lake Junior High School, and graduated from Granger High School. She also attended Snow College. She married Randy Clark Johnson March 10, 1972, in the Salt Lake City LDS Temple. Following their marriage they lived briefly in Salt Lake City and Boise before coming to Idaho Falls 28 years ago. She was a homemaker and mother and also worked as a pharmacy tech at Albertson's. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in Primary, Young Women, and as a Sunday School teacher for many years. The greatest joy in her life was being with her grandkids, Mackenzie, Morgan, Madison, Parker, Carson, Brigham, Cole, and Rebecca, and enjoying their sports activities. Survivors include: Husband: Randy C. Johnson, Idaho Falls, ID Son: Allan R. (Kera) Johnson, Idaho Falls, ID Son: Scott C. (Christina) Johnson, Idaho Falls, ID Brother: Bruce (Nelda) Brooks, St. George, UT Brother: Gary (Suzanne) Brooks, Las Vegas, NV Brother: Joe (Nancy) Brooks, Salt Lake City, UT Brother: Russel (Carolyn) Brooks, Salt Lake City, UT Sister: Edith (Dale) Henning, Salt Lake City, UT Sister: Janet (Vern) Allen, Salt Lake City, UT 8 Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p..m. Saturday, September 2, 2006, at the Idaho Falls LDS Kearney 2nd Ward, 1860 Kearney, with Bishop Kerry Cooper officiating. The family will visit with friends Friday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Wood Funeral Home, 273 N. Ridge, and Saturday for one hour prior to the services at the church.
