Carol Bale

Carol Naomi Bale passed away September 22, 2017, at The Gardens of Rigby. She was under the care of her loving family and Aspen Home Health and Hospice. She was born February 23, 1939, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Naomi Wardell Mattsson and Dee R. Mattsson. Carol was raised to young adulthood in Sandy, Utah, where she developed several life-long friendships. Her family later moved to Las Vegas, Nevada, where she graduated from Las Vegas High School, met and married F. Blaine Bale in the St. George LDS Temple. Carol was employed as a secretary during the early years of their marriage. When their first daughter was born, she became a full time mother and homemaker. Subsequent years brought several relocations of the family between Nevada, Utah and Idaho for education and employment purposes, and the addition of two more daughters and two sons to the family. Carol has been an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, serving for many years in various auxiliary organizations, particularly the Relief Society organization. Through her service, she has developed many treasured friendships and memories.
