Click Here To View Memorial Video Carlyne Ruth Gentry Dunning, 76, of Mountain Home, Idaho, returned home to her Heavenly Father on March 9, 2014, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center of natural causes. Carlyne was born May 23, 1937, in Tecumseh, Oklahoma, to Carl Augustus Gentry and Leona Dunning Gentry. She attended schools and graduated from high school in California. In 1995, she married Leonard B. Dunning in Bakersfield, California. They spent time traveling across the country visiting scenic and historical sites. After which they settled in Mountain Home in 1999. Prior to retirement, Carlyne worked as a bus aide for School District #91. Carlyne loved attending concerts on the Greenbelt in Idaho Falls, participating in American Indian Pow Wows, working on genealogy, waterskiing, seeking out garage sales, dancing, and driving fast cars. Carlyne is survived by Husband, Leonard Dunning of Mountain Home, ID; Daughter, Karla (Troy) Gillis of Idaho Falls, ID, Son, Allen Gahagan of Idaho Falls, ID, Daughter, Karen McKinley of Bakersfield, CA, Brother, Kenneth (Janet) Gentry of Mountain Home, ID, Brother, Keith Gentry of Mountain Home, ID, Sister, Gwen (Maurice, deceased) Traylor of Bakersfield, CA, Sister, Margie (Jack) Martinez of San Diego, CA, Sister, Jolene (Mike, deceased) McGee of Bakersfield, CA. 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers-in-law, Maurice Traylor and Mike McGee. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 14, 2014, at Wood Funeral Home, 273 N. Ridge Avenue. The family will visit with friends from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday and from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. Friday, both at Wood Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Ammon Cemetery.

11:00 a.m. ,Friday, March 14, 2014 Wood Funeral Home 273 North Ridge Avenue Idaho Falls, ID, Bonneville 83402 Notes: The family will visit with friends from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday and from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. Friday, both at Wood Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Ammon Cemetery.
