Click Here To View Memorial Video Cara Cherie Bulstrode Tomita, 33, of Idaho Falls, passed away on August 3, 2013, in Swan Valley, Idaho from injuries received in a boating accident. She was born January 12, 1980, in Idaho Falls to Perry W. Bulstrode and Tamara D. Smith Bulstrode (Dayton). The family moved to Rigby where she attended schools and graduated from Rigby High School. She also attended Eastern Idaho Technical College in Idaho Falls. She worked as a Lab Technician and Dental Assistant. She became very detailed in her job as a Diagnostic Waxer at CMR Dental. On June 21, 2003, she married Travis M. Tomita in Rigby, Idaho. Cara loved cooking, couponing, and scrapbooking. She was a devoted mother, loved her children, and was compassionate and caring of others. She was very forthright and you always knew where you stood with her. Survivors include: Husband: Travis M. Tomita, Rigby Parents: Perry W. (Debbie) Bulstrode and Tamara D. (Mike) Dayton Son: Daegan G. Peterson, Rigby Son: Cutler Davis Mark Conley (adopted by Thor and Melodie Conley), Pocatello Daughter: Saibrey J. Tomita, Rigby Son: Maxten T. Tomita, Rigby Brother: Brant (Carrie) Bulstrode, Ucon Sister: Kylene D. (Todd) Geyer, Ammon Sister: Lauren M. (Josh) Wright, Rigby Grandparents: Joseph and Dorothea Smith, Rigby She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Ronald C. Bulstrode; grandmother, Virginia M. Bulstrode; and uncle, Cole B. Bulstrode. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 8, 2013, at Calvary Chapel (4250 South 25th East). The family will visit with friends on Wednesday from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at Wood Funeral Home East Side (963 S. Ammon) and on Thursday from 9:30-10:30 a.m. prior to the services at the church. Burial will be in Rigby-Pioneer Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made to the Cara Tomita Memorial Fund at Westmark Credit Union (2160 West Broadway, Idaho Falls, ID 83402).
