Candice Jeanine Sakaguchi

Candice Jeanine Sakaguchi, 38, of Idaho Falls, Idaho, passes away May 19, 2025, at her home.

Candice was born September 14, 1986, in Idaho Falls, to Ben Earl Sakaguchi and Pat Klein Yeary. She grew up and attended schools in Idaho Falls.

Candice loved the outdoors. She loved adventure, amusement park rides, and fireworks. She fished, golfed, and especially loved to go to the ocean. She often took trips to "the land" and traveled to various places with her longtime friend, Ryan Sellers. Her family was very important to her, being the mother to her children and attending their various activities.

Candice is survived by her son, Tivon Sakaguchi; and daughter, Payson Sakaguchi; father, Ben Earl Sakaguchi (Marcia Bingham); mother, Pat Yeary (Kurt Loptien); and brother, Mark Sakaguchi (Kara).

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Sam and Martha Sakaguchi; William and Jean Klein; and nephew, Teegan Sakaguchi.

Services will be held at 8:15 p.m. Friday, June 6, 2025, at The Brickyard Event Center, 1025 S. Ammon Road. The family will visit with friends from 7:00-8:00 p.m. prior to the service. The family also invites you to join in a light meal during the visitation.
