BUZZ FLAMM
IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Caleb “Buzz” Flamm, 88, of Idaho Falls, died July 22, 2008, at Idaho Falls Health and Rehabilitation Center.
He was born May 7, 1920, to Charles Henry Flamm and Alice Viola Simmons Flamm in Independence, Idaho. He grew up and attended schools in Rexburg. He later worked on a dry farm east of Ririe
He married Nola LaVon Harris Simmons in Ririe. They lived in Ririe until 1956, at which time they sold the farm and moved to Idaho Falls. They were later divorced. He worked selling cars, driving potato trucks, and running a printing business that he once partnered. He was a member of the Ririe Lions Club.
In 1967, he married Ileen Hatch Brown. He worked in maintenance at the Department of Energy until his retirement in 1985. Ileen preceded him in death October 12, 1986. He married Jean Hammer on April 2, 1990 in Elko, Nevada. She preceded him in death on March 2, 2008.
Buzz enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing cards and playing billiards.

Son: Jay R. (Linda) Brown, Malad, ID
Son: Larry Dean (LaRae) Smith, Midvale, UT
23 Grandchildren, 26 Great Grandchildren, and 6 Great Great Grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wives, two stepdaughters, Bonnie Cartier and Anne Marie (Sunshine); and three sisters, Zella, Rose, and Nora.
Graveside Services will be at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, July 25, 2008, at Ririe-Shelton Cemetery. The family will visit with friends from 3-4:00 p.m. at Wood Funeral Home, 273 N. Ridge.

I send my deepest sympathy to you. I know how hard it is to lose a father but to lose two is even harder. I love you all and I want you to know that I am going to miss my uncle Buzz very much but I know you will miss him more. My prayers are with you all. Someday we will all be together again.
