Burdell Walters

Burdell Walters, 67, of Idaho Falls, passed away November 7, 2023, at Life Care Center of Idaho Falls.

Burdell was born July 27, 1956, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Burdett Walters and Ellen Marie Frandsen Walters. He grew up and attended schools in Idaho Falls and graduated from Skyline High School. He served in the United States Army.

He married Marie Hines in Idaho Falls. Burdell and Marie were later divorced. Burdell worked as a custodian at the INL.

He enjoyed collecting baseball, basketball, and NFL cards. He liked rock and roll music and WWE wrestling. He was a Seahawks fan. His dog, Lady, was very special to him.

Burdell is survived by his brother, Delbert (Linda) Walters of Moses Lake, WA, and nephews and nieces.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Rosetta Hayes; brother, Robert Walters; and sister, Ambronetta Stevens.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 15, 2023, at Grant-Central Cemetery, 165 North 3300 East. Military Honors will be performed by the Bonneville County Veterans Memorial Team and Idaho Honor Guard.
