Brian Villet “Bud” Campbell, 92, of Swan Valley, Idaho, passed away January 15, 2014, at his home.
He was born August 9, 1921, in Rigby, Idaho, to Jonathan Cornelius Campbell and Elizabeth Temple Villet Campbell. He attended Pine Creek schools and graduated from Idaho Falls High School.
On June 1, 1944, he married Doris Hamilton in the Logan, Utah LDS Temple. He lived in Swan Valley most of his life and was a Dry Farmer on Pine Creek Bench above Swan Valley. Brian served on the Swan Valley City Council.
He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in various callings, including Bishop’s Counselor, Bishop, Ward Clerk, and Stake Missionary. He enjoyed fishing (especially ice fishing) and snow planing.

Sister: Catherine Campbell Moss of Corvallis, OR
Sister: Diane Campbell (Duane) Roberts of Phoenix, AZ
17 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren
He was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Jerry Marie Campbell Allen; three sisters; and four brothers.
Funeral Services will be at 1:00 p.m. Monday, January 20, 2014, at the Palisades LDS Ward, 3109 Swan Valley Highway, with Bishop Terri Hulse officiating. The family will visit with friends on Monday from 12 to 12:45 p.m. at the church. Burial will be in the Swan Valley Cemetery.
