BRENT TURNER
IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Brent L. Turner, 56, died July 2009 of unknown causes.
He was born January 24, 1953, in Pocatello, Idaho, to Peg and Lin Turner. Brent grew up in Pocatello and lived most of his life in Idaho. He spent time working in California and Utah.
At the age of 17, he met his wife of 34 years, Shawna Bateman Turner, at Mack’s Inn, Idaho, where they were later married. Together they raised a daughter, Cassidy Rose Turner.
He was self employed most of his life as a skilled craftsman who built beautiful furniture and cabinets.
Brent loved his family and friends, as well as music, woodworking, and a long line of cats and dogs. He had a wonderful sense of humor and was a kind and gentle man. We will miss him.

Wife: Shawna Turner, Idaho Falls, ID
Daughter: Cassidy Rose Turner, Idaho Falls, ID
Brother: Cac Turner and wife Kim Shirley, Pocatello, ID
Sister: Kaye Owsley, Idaho Falls, ID
Father: Lin Turner, Pocatello, ID
He was preceded in death by his mother, Peg Turner, and a nephew, Tyler Owsley.
Brent was cremated and his ashes will be scattered in the North Fork River at Mack’s Inn. Memorial services in his honor will be held at a later date.

My heartfelt sympathies goes out to you (Shawna, Cassidy, Cac, & Kim). You are in my prayers. Brent was a great guy and always a very gentle person. I will always remember he and his dog Strider. I haven't seen Brent in a lot of years and am sorry I haven't kept in better contact. Brent, you will be missed.
