Brent Ray Hansen

Brent Ray Hansen, 62, of Idaho Falls, passed away October 6, 2026, at Kadlec Regional Medical Center.

Brent was born April 6, 1964, in Idaho Falls, ID, to Sydney Lyle Hansen and Gloria Ann Mitchell Hansen. He grew up and attended schools in Shelley, ID and graduated from Shelley High School.

On October 22, 1988, he married Maury Dana Miller in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Brent and Maury made their home in Idaho Falls, Idaho, where Brent worked as an architectural steel welder.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding ATVs, and antler hunting.

Brent is survived by wife, Maury Dana Hansen of Idaho Falls, ID; daughter, Tristin Ray (Zach) Skinner of Menan, ID; brother, Terry Hansen of Shelley, ID, brother, Brian Hansen of Shelley, ID; and two granddaughters, Ily Ray Skinner, and Trinily Ray Skinner;

He was preceded in death by parents, Sydney and Gloria Hansen; niece, Belinda Hansen; and nephew, Craig Hansen.

A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
